- Due to our exclusive and carefully curated collection, we regret to inform you that canceling, exchanging, or returning items is not always feasible. However, in the event of a genuine need for a size exchange, we will make every effort to accommodate your request.
- If the desired size is unavailable, We will refund the entire amount once we receive the original order in an unused condition.
- To facilitate a smooth process, kindly submit return or exchange requests within 7 days of your order. Please note that we can only accept exchanges for products with intact boxes, tags, and no signs of wear and tear.
- Excluded from returns, exchanges, and cancellations are products falling under the following categories:
